Flex raises another $3 million to replace tampons
Flex is the Dollar Shave Club for feminine hygiene products.
Flex’s first product is manufacturing and selling menstrual discs, the most substantial innovation in period products in nearly a century. Menstrual discs offer 12 hours of leak-free period protection and can be worn during intercourse.
Flex sells two varieties of the menstrual disc, FLEX and Softdisc FLEX is sold online, direct-to-consumer through a subscription service. Softdisc is sold at Target and all major drugstore retailers in the U.S.
