Dover maintains high-quality candidates by pairing in-house domain experts with sourcing technology, reaching 5x the candidates without compromising on quality or company brand. Their in-house system evaluates prospective candidates on 50+ data points to help find qualified candidates. Dover is already working with a dozen top companies including Scale AI, Pilot, Newfront and has helped close senior candidates (Senior DevOps, Staff Backend, Senior PM) all the while improving diversity in the talent pipeline. Both founders are MIT graduates and serial entrepreneurs bringing experience from Palantir, Dropbox, Zinc (YC W14) and Slab, Inc. which raised capital from NEA early on.
